Surveyor, with 22 years of service for the company
Michael is responsible for all works from point of sale; this includes a detailed survey, the management of the installation and any after sales requirements to ensure complete satisfaction for our customers. On leaving school at the age of 16, Michael attained an apprenticeship with a local building company. With five years attending college he gained not only full City & Guilds qualifications to the highest standards, but an invaluable knowledge of all construction methods and procedures which he relies upon on a daily basis to ensure best results for all installations.
Since joining Adam Windows in 1994 he has strived to build the business, along with his colleagues, with a simple formula of providing a quality installation at a competitive price, no gimmicks and a respect for the customer. Michael works closely with the team of installers and service engineer and together they achieved the British Standard for window installation, the only company in Dorset to have been awarded this prestigious honour.
Michael has 30 years’ experience in all aspects of window, door, conservatory and roofline installation. He works alongside three family members, his wife Karen controls the ordering of all frames and glass and organises the installation dates of all orders. His eldest son Richard is one of our skilled installers and youngest son Adam is our highly valued service engineer.
